Managing Principal Jee-Yeon Lehmann has been invited to speak at the 11th Annual Summit for Women Leaders in Life Sciences Law. The event brings together nearly 200 female attorneys and executives from the biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
Dr. Lehmann will join a panel exploring the anticipated compliance and litigation risks associated with breakthrough “weight loss drugs” such as Ozempic and Wegovy. Panelists will discuss applications and impacts of the drugs; strategies for ensuring compliance with Food and Drug Administration regulations, labeling requirements, and marketing practices; potential litigation risks; and more.
