Managing Principal Jee-Yeon Lehmann will join the first of two ABA panels focusing on the FTC’s renewed interest in Robinson-Patman enforcement. Panelists will explore current economic understandings of the effects of price discrimination, recent reported investigations, and what to expect going forward.
