Vice Presidents Aaron Fix and Jee-Yeon Lehmann will lead a course on econometrics in antitrust cases. The course, which will be moderated by Erin McNamee (White & Case LLP), will serve as a practical introduction for lawyers to common empirical methods used to evaluate class certification issues, liability, impact, and damages in antitrust litigation.
