Dr. Ou is an economist with expertise in microeconomics, health economics, econometrics, and statistics. She has assisted clients and supported experts in the preparation of reports and related analyses in the areas of antitrust and competition and commercial disputes, among other areas. Her work in complex litigation matters has spanned a range of industries, including health care, pharmaceuticals, and technology.
