Vice President Anne Catherine Faye will co-chair the “2024 Sustainability and Competition Law: Friends or Foes?” conference, which will be jointly hosted by the ABA and the University of Oxford Centre for Competition Law and Policy. The program will feature a fireside chat and two panel discussions, during which the conference faculty will discuss the policy and enforcement challenges associated with the application of competition law to companies’ sustainability initiatives.
