Analysis Group, a global leader in health economics and outcomes research, will present a Forum session, two podium presentations, and 16 research posters at ISPOR 2023, which will be hosted at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston, MA.
Managing Principal Noam Kirson, Past President of the ISPOR Boston Regional Chapter, will moderate the Forum “Generalized Cost Effectiveness Analysis – From Theory to Practice” with affiliated expert Lou Garrison (The Comparative Health Outcomes, Policy, and Economics [CHOICE] Institute) as well as Patricia Synnott (Center for the Evaluation of Value and Risk in Health), Jon Campbell (Institute for Clinical and Economic Review), and Chris Leibman (Biogen). In addition to providing an overview of recent theoretical and practical extensions to traditional cost-effectiveness analyses (CEAs) and their implications for value assessment, the panelists will also discuss challenges and opportunities in the implementation of generalized cost-effectiveness analysis (GCEA) methods in practice, including the generalized risk-adjusted cost-effectiveness (GRACE) framework, real option value, life cycle pricing, and various societal dimensions of value.
