Analysis Group Managing Principal Rebecca Kirk Fair will join a panel titled “2020 Vision: Post-Pandemic Merger Review” at the ABA’s Antitrust Law Spring Meeting. The panel, which includes Norman A. Armstrong, Jr. (King & Spalding LLP), Andrea Coscelli (Competition and Markets Authority, London), Bernard A. Nigro (Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP), and moderator Anita Banicevic (Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP), will explore how the pandemic will affect the merger analysis and review process going forward, as well as lessons from the pandemic’s impact.
